L A Comms HaloPSA is an internal tool operated by L A Comms Ltd for its own staff.

What the add-in does with data

• When you use it, the email you are viewing (subject, addresses, body and any attachments you choose) is sent from Outlook, through this server, to L A Comms Ltd's own HaloPSA instance.
• This server does not store emails, tickets, contacts or attachments. Data passes through in memory only.
• Your HaloPSA sign-in is encrypted on this server with AES-256-GCM and the ciphertext is kept in your Outlook mailbox settings. It expires after a fixed period or when you sign out.
• Standard web server logs (IP address, time, page requested) may be kept by the hosting platform.
